SNPlex Genotyping

The UCLA GenoSeq Core is one of six labs worldwide designated as a SNPlex certified Service Provider by Applied Biosystems. The SNPlex genotyping system is ideal for -

• Fine mapping, candidate screening, and QTL analysis projects
• Scalable multiplex capability studies from 12 to 48 SNPs/indels and projects of 10s to 1000s of SNPs
• Broad sample ranges from 100s to 1000s. Just submit your genomic DNA and list of SNPs
• Choose your content or take advantage of the predefined SNPlex Linkage Mapping Set
• Design QC is available for a range of genomes including human, mouse, cow, dog & 16 other genomes.
