Ready To Run Service
Price: $5 per reaction
Turn-Around Time: Typical turn-around time is 1-2 working days. Occasional delays may occur if we experience unusually heavy loads or equipment failure. Results are available on WebSeq, our online sequence retrieval system.
For Ready-to-Run Sequencing, you do the sequencing reaction yourself and we run the samples. You have the option of cleaning the sequencing reaction yourself, (for best results use a spin column). Or for an additional $20 charge, we will do the cleaning for you. The charge is $20 per submission, regardless of the number of samples submitted, up to 96 samples. For example, 20 reactions with cleaning will cost:
$20 (for cleaning) + $5 x 20 samples (for running) = $120.
Customers may obtain spin columns from us. See Sequencing Protocols if you are interested in doing sequencing reactions yourself. Ready-to-Run samples are processed as received throughout the day and results are usually posted in less than 24 hours.
All sequencing is performed on a Applied Biosystems 3730 Capillary DNA Analyzers.
