From GenoSeq
DNA Methylation
The GenoSeq Core is offering multiple methods to assess methylation patterns.
High Resolution Melting using Roche Lightcycler 480 : Percent Methylation of a region
Pyrosequencing for small regions using Pyromark MD : upto 50 bases
Pyroseqencing using Roche 454 GS FLX : upto 400 bases
The GenoSeq Core is offering a novel method for assessing DNA methylation using high resolution melting on the Roche LightCycler 480 Real-Time PCR System.
GenoSeq Core Assistant Director Uma Dandekar gave a talk at a Real-Time PCR Workshop, sponsored by Roche Applied Science, at the American Society of Human Genetics Annual meeting in San Diego:
- Real-Time PCR Workshop
- The LightCycler 480 Real-Time PCR System: Cutting Edge Applications of Real-Time PCR in Human Genetics Studies
